How We Handle Your Data

Where your data lives
Everything runs on Microsoft Azure in US datacenters (US West 2). Your data stays in the US. We build on the same secure, cloud-native stack we run our own products on.
How it's protected
Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Any API keys or credentials live in Azure Key Vault with managed-identity access — not sitting in code or a config file.
What we will NOT do
- We don't train AI models on your data. Your content is used only to do your work — never pooled with anyone else's, never used to improve a shared model.
- We don't share your data between clients. Each client is kept separate.
- We don't sell or share your contacts. Ever — not with marketers, not with data brokers, not with anyone.
You stay in control
For anything that talks to your customers (like AI Inbox), human approval is the default — nothing goes out without your okay, and it will never quote a binding price or commit you to anything on its own. You can export or delete your data whenever you ask, and we'll confirm when it's done.
