Contact Form Submissions

When you submit our contact form, we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), service interest, project description, and UTM tracking parameters from the URL.

Analytics Data (With Your Consent)

If you accept analytics cookies, we collect page views, device information, and interaction data through Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity. These tools are only loaded after you provide consent.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies by default. Analytics cookies from GA4 and Microsoft Clarity are loaded only after you provide explicit consent through our cookie banner.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions: Retained in Azure Table Storage for 90 days if unconverted (no project engagement). Manually reviewed and deleted on a 90-day cycle.

Active client data: Retained for duration of engagement plus 1 year.

Analytics data: Governed by Google and Microsoft retention policies (default 14 months for GA4).

Third-Party Services

  • Google Analytics 4 — analytics, consent-gated
  • Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings, consent-gated
  • Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and security
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — spam prevention on contact form

Data Storage

Contact form submissions are stored in Azure Table Storage (Microsoft Azure, US data centers). No third-party form processors have access to your submission data. All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.

If you are located outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data
  • Withdraw analytics consent at any time via your browser settings or by clearing cookies
  • Request information about data we hold about you
